Time: 3:00-10:00 PM
Family Fun:  3:00-6:00 PM
Live Music: 7:00-10 PM

VENDOR NOTES

  • Reserve your space early. Spaces are limited.

  • 10x10 space, $50 PER DATE

  • Bring everything you need: tent, table, chair, equipment, etc.

  • Bring lighting and outdoor electrical cords for the evening. Avoid creating trip hazards.

  • Arrive early and be set up by 1PM. No vendor vehicles will be allowed in the park after 1:00 PM.

  • Park in the gravel lot behind the playground on North St.

FOOD TRUCKS

  • Food trucks are required to provide proof of registration to operate in Lenoir County, a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance, and your most recent inspection rating. $100 PER DATE

ALL VENDORS

  • Homemade food and beverages are not permitted to sell.

  • Do not drive on the Riverwalk (sidewalk along the river).

  • Vendors registration is a commitment to stay for the entire event.

  • Be aware of weather conditions and plan accordingly: fan, tarps, etc.

  • Your space must be left clean when you break down.

  • Refunds only if an entire day of a scheduled event occurs due to weather or some other unforeseen circumstance that necessitated the cancellation. No refunds for part-day cancellations or other reasons.

ALCOHOL VENDORS

  • $150 PER DATE and requires proof ABC permit to sell offsite and liability insurance indicating coverage protects Downtown Kinston Revitalization and the City of Kinston
